Yes, for bookings made before 12 noon on any weekday. Your engineer is confirmed within 30 minutes with a one-hour arrival window. Saturday same-day slots are available at standard rates. Evening appointments can be booked up to two weeks ahead.
If a specific board or component is not on the van, we order it for next-day delivery and return at no extra call-out charge. This affects fewer than 7% of jobs. Your engineer will always tell you in advance if this is likely for your specific model.
Yes, screen panels can be replaced. Costs depend on brand, size and technology. We provide a fully transparent quote after diagnosis and always compare the cost honestly against the value of a replacement TV before proceeding.
For TVs under 6 years old, repair usually makes strong financial sense. Our engineers give a completely honest assessment. If repair would exceed 50% of a comparable new model cost, we tell you directly rather than proceeding.
Every component we replace and every repair we carry out is guaranteed for 12 months. If the same fault returns, we attend and fix it at no cost. The guarantee covers the specific repair only, not new or unrelated faults.
